Default help with wheel stud!

after the repair from hell, another problem arose. when i torque my rims down to 100 ft/lbs, one of the studs, wheel lugs will reach 100 (the wrench lets me know), but will want to keep spinning when i try to tighten it more. the other studs don't move at all once they reach 100 ft/lbs, but this one will turn a little bit and then the torque wrench will catch (since it's reached it's 100 ft/lb goal). does this mean the lug is stripped or what's going on?

are these new wheel studs? if you just put in new studs, check to see if that studs is flush with the back of the rotor. if it isnt, this could be causing it to slip around.

I'd say it is time to remove that stud and replace it.
