Why didn't thy fit????

But at 1.5" I assume they are adapters, where you bolt on the spacer to the car, then the wheel to new lug studs attached to the adapter. If so, there should be no issues.

I just put 9.5 polished ZR1s all around, on a 95 TA... Fit perfectly, what was making them not fit?

They would rub agains the spring before they would settle completely.. and yes.. they are adapter kind of things.. they go on the car first.. and then.. the adapter to the rim itself.. thanks... it was mainly the 11" rims that wouldnt fit.. and the 9.5" for the front.. would rub agains the wheelwell..
