Default gsd3's ok w/cam & 410's (M6)?

I will be getting 410's in the near future. I am currently putting down 385/367 (M6). My car is a daily driver and I cannot be in a situation where it is too rainy to drive, etc... Do you guys think gsd3's would offer enough traction with this combo (i.e. not spinning out on hard 1-2, 2-3 shifts)? Ideally I'd like to hear from people who have a similar amount of power, 4.10's and running some sort of street tire.

THANKS!

I'm running a crappy street tire. I have added a few things so I'm making prolly 400rwhp, I also have 4.10's. I have no issues in wet or dry. The gs-d3's are far superior the sumitumo 315's I have right now. You have nothing to worry about, unless you plan on racing in the rain. Which would be STUPID. The gs-d3 is probably the best daily drive tire out there. If you don't get traction with it then you won't find anything else, except a drag radial or slick, that will.

No "street" tire is good for traction with mods of any kind.

The GS-D3 is the best daily driver tire on the market in my opinion. I'm not quite at the horsepower you are and still have 3.42's but I can tell you the traction is just amazing. When it's warm out I get virtually no tirespin through 1st and 2nd and no my clutch is not slipping? lol

Wet traction is also amazing by the way. I have yet to hydroplane and can drive normally unlike many other sportscars on the road.

Dallas,

What size you got the goodyears in?

I got 'em in stock size (245/50/16), and find that at 30 psi they are jello.

I have to run at least @ 35psi to get any type of feeling back.

They are great in the wet, so so in other conditions (again, due to soft sidewalls in this size).
