19/20 iForged Daytona's are on! Pics inside! Well, got them mounted and balanced at Nu Image Motorsports today. Stacy did an excellent job once again. The wheels are a new design from iForged called the Daytona and it is part of their new Xtreme Lip Technology line. This allows for a 2.5" lip in front that will still clear big brakes, and a 4" lip out back which looks FLAT OUT KILLER!
Due to a national back order on the Continental CS2's, I was forced to go with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2's which rate superior in every measurable category, but are only available in 265 & 295 widths as opposed to the 275 & 305 widths from Continental. I was concerned with the tires "stretching" over the wheels, but after seeing the mounted product, I am 100% happy with the forced decision....it was a blessing in disguise.
Here are some pics after I slapped them back onto the car:
