What offset are they? How are you jacking the car up? By the body or the rearend. Are you lowered? What tire size are you running? The BFH mod means just hammer the inner fender in where it is contacting the tire. Answer the questions and I can better help you

That's wierd cause I have oem corvette offsets on my car and they fit rim only, my tires on the other hand I had to make those fit.

EDIT: what is it hitting exactly?

dude, the 10.5s will fit with the vette offsets. they must have lifted it all the way up and forced the rear-end high. like that, they wheel will bang against the body. it needs to be raised only enough to get them on, and they won't hit anything. i had the same problem when mine went on. they tried a spacer, dropped the car to the ground to see clearance witht he spacer, and it turns out that it didn't come anywhere close to touching, it was simply how high they had the car jacked up to where the wheel touched, make sense?

the body is raised from the wheel due to spring release.

If it was lifted by the body then they will not go on because of the bumpstop bracket. My 9.5's would even go on if I lifted the car by the body. If you could give us the offset then we could really tell you if they are going to fit or not.
EDIT: this is from the "Does it fit Thread"
18"x10.5" +50 to +53 mm. Higher than 53 mm will require the BFH mod. 285/35R18s thru 315/30R18. Over 295 may require rolling the fenderlip and will need the BFH.

Mine are 18x10.5 +56 and had to do NO BFH mod. Originally hit the bump stop bracket, but once we figured that out we got them on with plenty of room!

GM ones should have a GM stamp embossed on them, at least my 97-00 C5's do.
I just bought a set of aftermarket Z06's in the same size you have and they fit on my 88 Formula as well as my brothers 96 Trans Am, but I think he did the BFH mod already on his car.

I have the same wheels on my 00ws6 with 295s on the back. My car was only lifted enough to put the wheels on and i was rubbing in the back with my 295s. .25 spacer may do the trick. if not. try to find the exact spot where the tire is rubbing and 2 or 3 goods hits with a hammer should clear you up. You dont want to hit it to hard just enough to give you about another .25". also mine are replicas. Hope that helps some.

M6Drop...what offsets are your rears? I thougth the TAs had a bigger well in the back than the camaros, would think the 295's would fit easily (my 285's fit my camaro easily)...
