Default Drag Rear Wheel Question....

I am thinking about getting some 15" rear rims for drag use only. Is there any wheel that will not require grinding the brake caliper other than Bogart? Will a 15X10 wheel fit? I would imagine it will since I have 17X11 on there now. What back spacing is needed for a 10" wide rim? What about a 8"-8.5" wide rim?
If it matters I am thinking of going with a 26 or 27X11.5X15 tire.
Thanks for any info.

Hmmmm. What about a Centerline 05/06 Satin 15X10.5 with 7.25" back spacing? The reason I ask is that Jegs has them on special right now for $133.98 .
Not that I can purchase any time soon .

Not sure which ones the 05/06's are, but the Convo Pro's will fit w/o grinding, but they only go up to 8.5" wide and stick out ghetto style. The Warrior/Convo Pro's are the only ones that will fit w/o grinding the calipers or running spacers. For a 15x10, you'd have to get Welds, and grind the calipers, or run spacers & longer studs.

The 05/06 (as listed at Jeg's) is the solid center old school rim.

Haven't seen anybody running them, but I believe those and the Telstars require alot of grinding to fit the LS1 cars. I was going to get Telstars, but I read somewhere that they required more grinding than the Welds, and the Welds require alot.
