Rear tire wearing HARD on very inside edge
dealership said my hub had taken a pothole hit? and the tie rod end is messed too- was needing to be changed?

I thought it had just come out of alignment/or adjustment. The dealer is the 'local corvette experts' kinda, so I assume thats going to be the right fix.

anyway I dont see any results on this type of problem before. Anyone had this?

Sounds like the rear end has too much toe out and/or negative camber, possible due to the the damage. I've never had that problem, but then I've never had a car with an IRS.
