I have 15x10 convo pros and 15x4 convo pros up front and had to do no grinding. The 15x10s stick out a little in the back because of the offset but I only race with them so it doesnt bother me too much. Actually looks kinda cool.

I have the 7.5" Convo Pros out back with a 27x10.5x15 QTP tire... they fit with no grinding and don't stick out at all... I cut 1.50 sixty's all day long... unless you are making MEGA power I don't think you need a bigger rim than this...
