i have the t1-s all the way around. they are awesome tires that grip very well. they love to corner especially. i used to rip loose at the top of 1st and 2nd but not anymore with these tires. i am going to get them again when i get my new wheels. i definitely recommend them to anyone.

cool. you will enjoy them a lot. I am thinking about going with the t1-r this time around to check them out and compare to t1-s.

I had T1S tires on my car, and I was very pleased with them overall. Their cornering traction seemed to be their strong point...straight line was another story after I got my headers, true duals, and tuned it all myself. On dry pavement in 90+ degree heat, they would start slipping at the top of first gear, and I would scratch the 1-2 shift very, very hard. Any street radial is going to have this problem when you start modding though...

FWIW, when I stepped up to 18" rims, I went with BFG KDWs. So far, they seem to have better dry traction than the Toyos did. Time will tell though...
