How much time dropped if I do this???

How much time dropped if I do this??? I have Fikse 18 by 10.5's out back and 17 by 9.5's up front. My car runs mid 11's right now. I would like to get some skinnies for up front and some 15's with some big stickies for out back. How much, assuming I get full traction, how much time should I expect to drop in the quarter going to this setup?? How about MPH, should I see some more MPH going to this also?? I ran mid 11's on all motor with the 17 by 9.5's up front and my factory 16's with some ET streets out back. I could not get traction on this setup, burnin almost all the way through second on these, so this is all relative to traction. Just wonderin about skinnies and stickies. Thanks.
