Default Skinny tire PSI & Torque

I'm running 165/15R radials on the front and the tire says a max PSI of 36, so I put them at 32 but they look really low, I guess due to the extra weight of the car. Wouldn't going above the max PSI with a heavier car put more stress on them? What do you guys run them at?

Also, anyone know the torque specs for a Weld front runner? I did a search and one person said 75 ft/lbs but I just wanted to make sure.

Yeah, the generic 165/Rs usually always look low. Mine are rated for 44psi and the look low even at 40-42psi. I wouldn't go over the max rating on them. I torque mine to 80ft/lbs, I'm sure 75 would be fine.
