Default Goodyear Eagle SS drag radial

Does anyone know anything about them? I heard they're new and supposed to be softer and hook better than the Mickey Thompson. On their website they list a 315/35/17 which would be cool.

They look hot. The rep at the World Street Nats. in Bradenton FL felt they were going to be the new top dog. Im going to see if I can get some 315's.

I want some sticky 315's for my ZR1 wheels. I was hoping for the m/t to get some out but I might have to try these first. I would like to see how well they hook first. Anyone have any yet?

I see on the link picture the tread pattern is different and they also show a Dunlop drag radial. Does Goodyear own Dunlop? My buddy BLWNTA on the board here is getting a test set sent to him and he is going to let me try them. Our track opens April 1 so I should know how well they work then. The guy that tried them in the Mustang thread blew his rear on the first try which is a good sign.http://www.racegoodyear.com/products/dot_drag.html
