Nut Lock? Today I was going to change my rotors and I couldnt find the fucken nut lock to remove the stock lock nut. where can i but one? or will i need to go get it remove at some tire shop?

do they break the hold bolt out?or do they just removed the bolt it self? and where can i but the stock bolts with the thread for the black cap..?Thanks
