Go to www.imageshack.com and upload them there. After you upload a picture there it will offer you a number of different text links to copy and paste into your post.
There are links for thumbnails, the whole image, or a clickable link to the image.
I'm sure there are many other ways but I know this works, it doesn't require you have a place to host your pictures, and it doesn't load up the ls1tech server with your images.
