Default wheel offset tools

Help me out. A while back I saw a tool that mounted on your hub and help measure wheel size, offset and tire size applications. The only thing I have been able to find is the Thomas tool that measures the offset of a wheel. Anybody know what I am talking about. Can you help me find it? Maybe someone with a few connections or search engine skills. I appreciate any help you can give me.

I know what you're talking about. There was one in a magazine I have at work. I think it was in the new parts from the SEMA show or something in the new Chevy High Performance or maybe Car Craft. Can't remember which one, I have about 10 subscriptions. I'll find it tomorrow at work and post back.
