I got the same question, how do you clearance the inner fender? and another question, I got hoosier 28"11.5 quick time pro, (D.O.T.) and 165 R15 skinnies in the front I got them from a good year place with thread, are the hoosier I got street legal? when I bought them they said the were, I called another place to double check and they said they were not, then what the heck 
I just want to not get pulled over really even If I got the receipt in the car
