I used a dead blow, but a small sledge works just as well, you'll need to re-undercoat any time you do any wheel well pounding. Make sure your back seat is locked in the upright position or you won't be able to flip it back up.

There was a post mentioning keeping the rear seat in the upright position......when performing the BFH mod.......will i have future issues putting the seat down after performing the mod?

I am asking these cray questions because the car is absolutely mint (98') with only 17k miles.....Thanks!

I don't have any problems putting my seat up or down after the mod. Makes sense to have it up while doing the mod though.

nope, it's just to keep the seat pins from moving in, you'll be fine moving it up and down after
