Will 4th gen rims fit on a 3rd gen?

I have a set of TT II's that I am selling and was wondering if they will fit on a 3rd gen camaro. They are 17x9.5 rims.

I tried swapping wheels from my 95 TA to my 86 IROC, and it was a no go unless you had some at least 1" spacers.

friend of mine put my old set of 17x9.5 and 17x11 zr1's on his third gen... just got the right size spacers (forget what size though....)... they fit great and look amazing...! so it can be done!

Another way for the rear ones would be to put a 4th gen rear end in it. I swapped a 3rd gen rear in a 94 camaro to get a big lip on the outside.
