10.5 Z06 wheel question
I am getting some 18x10.5 Z06 wheels and my question is: Can these wheels, with the proper backspacing, be mounted on the car w/o doing any mods other than the BFH? I was thinking of using a 305 tire, anybody on here running a 305/35/18? Pics would be nice! After countless searching this subject, I think a 305 tire on a 18x1.5 wheel with a 58mm offset will work with very little modification. anythoughts on this would be appreciated!

97 and up it will, for some reason the 93-96 rear wheels need a little grinding on the inside of the wheel to fit perfect, if not they dont tighten right and are loose as you drive, i learned this the hard way, i think you can also run spacers.

BFH mod here.
i have 295x35x18s out back on my 01 ss which have the 18x10.5 z06 rims..
I rub EVERYWHERE.
I had to do the bfh mod, the double adjustable panhard rod AND i need to roll my fender lips.

well with my 295-35zr18 tires on my 18x10.5 zo6 rims with the 58mm backspacing (i think it's 58...somewhere around there) i had to BFH my fender well in a little bit. but i didn't roll my lip. i also have an adjustable Panhard. i'm lowered about an inch too and mine only rubbed at the one spot you typically have to beat in.
