Default pro star write up

I know there is a lot of work to put pro stars w/ 325s on a Trans Am. But are there any write ups with pics of how to do it? Rolling the fender, beating the wheel well.. etc etc... Backspacing.. ALSO.. Can it be done without grinding the calipers? I really DO NOT want to grind the calipers. With such nice Z06 braking..

Are Z06 calipers different than a TA? If bigger, you are in for a treat when grinding.
Sorry, can't help on the write up but I can offer advice if you need.

Nope. You'll have to grind the rear calipers to fit Prostars.

well damn.. Are there any other similar wheels.. centerlines, drag welds that would work without grinding?

Centerlines will fit, but they don't have the ideal backspacing..they'll stick out past the fender. You can shell out a little extra $$ and get Bogarts. Steve @ SJM --> can hook you up with a custom setup designed however you need them.

Ok. I know the backspacing will make it stick out further past the fender. I know this will obviously effect the look. But will it effect the drive of the car? Launch? etc etc?

It'll still drive like normal. You may end up rubbing the bottom of the fenders with the tiresif you hit a good bump or something, that's about the only negative I can think of.
