Default Do you run drag wheels daily?

Does anyone run a 225-60-15 up front & a 275-50/60-15 in the rear daily? I know running a skinny up front daily is not a good idea, but what about a 225-60-15 on a 7" wheel up front? Can you do this with out a problem?

I know people that have run skinnies up front for years all year around with absolutely no problems...It's not a problem if you don't think you're Speed Racer going around a corner at Mach 5.

I was running a 165 on a 15x3.5" rim daily, so you should be fine. The 165's were doable (as long as you remember they're there), but I got tired of having to take turns like a grandma .

Been running 3.5's and 165's for years without any issues on daily drivers. Like said above, just drive like you have some sense and they will be fine.

yup, me too, no problems. i did get an extra set of 15x10 prostars thoguh.. i put some actual radials not drag radials on them.. BFG Radial T/A 295/50/15's
i really like the look, and i dont have to worry as much about the rear end commng around as i did with the DR's..

*edit- front sits a little higher than normal, its being disasembled for the 408 to go in so ALL that is under the hood right now is JUST the short block everything else is gone.

Depends on how you drive & what you like. I have seen a few cars with slicks & skinnies on the street.

Looks good. Dont worry the "408 mod" works great for lowering the front end!

I run a 3.5 in the front with no issuses. Believe it or not I had to make a quick decision last week when some broad pulled out in front of me. I managed to swerve outta the way just fine.
