you know what i always wanted to know...what makes drag radials "not recommended for highway use"? they are good enough to go down a track at 120.

Because they are not safe for all driving conditions. Like rain.

Right. Most of them are worse in the rain than a typical radial tire. At the track, that doesn't matter since there is no racing if there is the slightest bit of rain.
