what tire size should i go with on the front and back

what tire size should i go with on the front and back i have a 98 trans am and i have 17" 9.5s and 18" 10.5s inch rims what tires and tire sizes do you recommend but i dont want drag radials but i do want some thick tires in the back like 305s or 295s. And should I expect any problems at all with 305s, like vibration? Thanks a lot.
