Am I missing something? That looks almost too good to be true. If you go to AFS directly, the same setup with Kumho tires costs 1800!!

These wheels are gonna go on 95 Camaro....

Opinions please....I am very tempted to tell my friend to go ahead and order now.

Thanks!

Manny

Yeah, they have deals like this going on all the time. With deals like this I think I'm gonig to start just buying complete sets of tires and wheels rather than just the tires at my local tire shop.

I got quoted something like $220 a tire installed for some regular Dunlop 275/40/17. I don't understand why people even bother going to their local ripoff tire place.

I got the exact same wheel in chrome from AFS with the same exact tires for $1400. I picked them up so didn't pay shipping. It was a great deal, everybody else wanted at least $1800. Tell Your friend to jump on that deal, the tires are from Italy and retail for over $300 U.S dollars in Europe. a piece, the reason We can get them for so cheap is because they are trying to expand the market and get the name out in the U.S. They are great quality wheels and the tires look awesome too. Your friend would be stupid to pass them up. I would do business with AFS again in a heartbeat, they stayed 2 hours late on a friday because I ran into a traffic jam.

Are you sure they are an Italian company? The name sounds overwhelmingly German.

Either way...I shall tell her to go for it!

Yeah the model name Vredstien does really sound german but the manufacturer is Giugiaro. According to the owner at AFS wheels, Giugiaro has a snow tire in Europe rated for 200 MPH!!! I looked up the name and found that Giugiaro has some part in Ferrari designs. Just thought I'd let You guys know.
