Will i need to roll my fenders with ZR1's... If my car is NOT lowered will i have to roll my fenders if i get 17 x 11 ZR1's in the back with 315's on them...

No, you will not have to roll the fenders if the car is not lowered. You may need to hammer the inner fender wells, but that depends on wheel offset and what brand of tires you choose.
