I originally wanted to get some 17x9.5. Now I'm thinking about 18x9.5 all around or with 18x10.5 in the rear. Do the 10.5s have a wider lip? Do they look noticably better? The problem with 10.5s is that alot of tires don't come in 285/295 width and the few that do are expensive. So I'm like all undecided.

My buddy has 18x10.5 in the back on his Camaro and the lip looks a tad bit bigger than my 17s. I don't think its something the every day person will notice though (lip wise). I was in the same boat as you...I decided to get 17x9.5 all around merely because tires are a lot cheaper and I also daily drive the car with DRs so i figured the added sidewall and less weight would benefit me a tad more. I don't regret my decision.

Ya , most people I have talked too say 18's look better but 17's are better for the track and so-on

I have nittos mounted on 16s and skinnies for track use. These will be just for street. Thanks for the replies I'll go with 18x9.5 all around.
