Default Iforged Wheels

about how much do they run per set? and do the prices vary from series (ie racing, etc.) I am looking to buy a set of either these or some HRE's. I can get a deal on the HRE's but I like the Iforged better. I know a lot of you guys have them, so, if you dont mine me asking. How much were they?

Yes, that is per wheel. I went with iForged and their customer service was much better than I have read about on here. I'd recommend going with them. JMO.

Also, if you order the 2-piece versions, the price is much cheaper. The prices shown on their site are the 3-piece versions. The 2-pc look identical, and are the same quality. I have the 2-pc versions on my '69, and the 3-pc versions on my 98 Formula.

Yep yep.... Most people dont know they make a 2 piece version..... the price on them is almost 1/2 off......

If you do go with them make sure you get fully polished barrels.. meaning they polish the back side of the Rim....
Loved it on mine....

Hmmm........... Learn something new everyday, I never realized the 2 piece wheels had the valve stem in a different location (on the inner step lip) than the 3 pc wheels do. The valve stem on my wheels replaces one of the bolts holding the 3 pieces together and then makes a 90 deg bend to enter the flat part of the wheel's inner barrel.

The valve stem replaces a bolt "rivet as people say" on a 3 piece wheel where it is needed and does not on a 2 piece wheel where the bolts are just for looks............Seems kind of backwards if you think about it.

Oh well, at least they are easy to fill with air this way.

You can see the "cap" for the valve stem just to the right of the Caliper at about the 2:00 position in the picture.

BTW, I agree with above, get the 2 piece and save some $$ if you don't want or need you wheels made in 1/2 sizes like I did. Just means more money for other mods.

I would love to have the wheels that SS-LS1 has. How much did you pay for your setup?
