Default Which Nitto for Weekend Strip Car

Ok, I just got done doing an extensive search on a good tire for my mildly modded SS. I seem to be leaning on buying som Nitto 555, 555r, or 555rII. Here is what I want out of them: 2.0 or lower 60's, 7-15K wear, fair rain tire (Something that is not super dangerous in the rain). This is not my DD, but only got to the track 5 or 6 times a year. See my sig below for rwhp and rwtq as well as mods. I still have my 10 bolt so I really don't want anything super sticky. My lauch will be about a 2200rpm slip and then punch it once the clutch is fully out. Any comments or recomendations is appreciated.

I would say get the Nitto 555R then. The 555RII is more for road race and the other is just a street tire.
I used to cut low 1.6's on my nittos with a stock cam and 3,200 stall.

Yea, I'd say 555Rs. They worked good for me when I had them.
