Default Thinking about buying slicks

A friend of mine is willing to sell me "ET Drags" that he thinks fit 15" rims, and he thinks are 10" wide. I bought my car from him, and he had them on once. Only used for 2 track passes. He said $150 for both tires.
Is that a good price? What are some good, cheapppp rims i could pick up with them?
Thanks.

I would say $150 doesn't sound to bad for them. Look them up brand new to find out for sure.

15's well you can now get a Convo Pro that is 15x9 with a 6.5 bs and require minimal grinding if any.
