With a 15x10 you need the 7.5" backspacing...From what I've seen the 325 radial does not "grow" taller on the runs like the bias ply ET Street...Either way you'll need to do some grinding of the brake calipers for clearance and some hammering or massaging to get the big tires in there...Its not supposed to be a big deal..I'm going to the 325 50 R15 radials next year and we have a local guy who does a "mini-mini" tub to the area in front of the rear tire where contact is a problem....plus the radials ride so much better...

Yea 15x10 with 325's drag radial is a good setup but deffinitelly grind the calipers and alot, and BFH the rears .. After that is worth it but is a pain that work..
If you go with 15x8 and 275's thers not really big difference and just grind the calipers alot too, but no BFH necesary.
I had both setups, here are the pics of each , the draglites were 15x10's and the tires 28" by 11.5 and a pain to make them fit, and they still were rubbing every once in a while or either a hard turn or a bad road ...
And these ones are 15x8's with the 275-50-15 and they still hook very good, enough for the power my car puts, and no big mods required beside calipers..

You can fit a 15x10/7.5 Weld w/o spacers but you have to BFG a fair amount and grind the caliper a lot. 28x10.5 slicks fit fine, but 325 dr's and 28'w are wider and require more work.
Here are pics of 15x9.75 bogarts + 28w's. No spacers, calipers grinded.
