Default 325's + bogarts....

anyone have a pic of thier car with a set of bogarts that are made for a stock f body rear mounted with the 325/50 et radial.... preferrably a transam? I want to stick a set on, and do understand the inner wheel well will need a good beating, jut curious as to how close they will be to the bumper cover and the front of the wheel well, and how far they stick out (will the lip need to be rolled, etc.etc)

Thanks.

I saw the video of your car John and I can't belive those tires weren't hitting anywhere, the fenders look STUFFED full of tire!

I'm trying to get a pic of them on a car that's not really loweered much (I have the spring rubbers out with a pieve of radiator hose to isolate the spring, that's it) so I can get an idea how much they are gonna hang out, and try to get an idea how much of the bumper cover, if any is gonna have to get chopped. The inner botom part that wraps in will have to go I figure, it's the closest part to the hoosier qtp's I have on the car now, just curious what else might need to go. Bump stops I figure will have to go too, and the inner part will need a good beating too I'd suspect.

I rolled my fenders. They do not make contact. I have a 9", and am running no spring cup and factory 1999 springs that have been cut down a bit.

I would like to see others that have done it as well.
I have Bogarts on 28/11.5/15 MT ET's currently, but was thinking about switching to the MT DR.
325 or 275 is what I am debating.
Any suggestions?
I do not want to tear into/beat this car.

hmmm. I know the 27x11.5 qtp's are about an inch to 2 inches from the rear bumper cover, the front is probably about 2.5 inches away. They don't hit at all, even at the top of the track (at least at 123 they don't expand enough LOL) The 28's are an inch taller.... and I thought there was a 1.5 inch min clearance for them with the expansion.... but maybe not? I'm still on the fence on wether I will go with a 325/50 radial, or if the 28x10.5 S et drag, I'm kinda leaning towards the slick, only because I KNOW they will work and they are lighter by a good bit.... and if I put them on the rear rims, I can put a et front on the fronts, because at that point I can't drive around on them amymore (cops around me, tend to give people **** about full slicks, the dot ones they still do, but not like full slicks)

Too bad you aren't close to me, I'd say swing by with the car and the tires so I can see how they fit, maybe even try test fitting on one on my car. If you can, post up a pic of what the car looks like with the 28 inch ET street, specificially the front and rear corners in the wheelwell, i want to see how close they are to the body. Thanks!
