Default No 275-40r-17's in BFG G-Force T/A KDW NT

I cant find a site that is selling those tires in that size! Its making me mad. I wanna get my new rims on my car... even though its parked for the winter.

Ive found one site with that size, however its a local tire place. I need a tire place from the States that sells in my size. Its about a 300$ difference if I buy the tires from the States and take them back over the border, instead of buying locally. I checked tire rack and discount tire they dont have my size.

Wanted: BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW NT 275-40-17

Did you call Discount Tire, or just check their site? I had to call to get some BFG KD's (I know they are different, but they didnt have thme listed in 315/35/17, so I called and they said they'd get em for me)

I checked into this a while back. BFG doesn't make that tire in that size. I believe 255 is the widest. Go figure.

275/40/17 is only made in the traditional tread which is a better tire anyways

Thumbs down

I have these all around , I was driving on the highway in a heavy downpour and all of a sudden I had no steering {I was hydroplaning } Scardest Ive ever been for those breif seconds . I dont get much traction in 1st, 2nd, only on concrete roads , Im stock no internals mods only intake , exhuast , stock 3.42's . I would look at some other tires, I know I am . --Bfg g-force kdw 275/40/17 at all 4

A friend has a 2001 SS and swears by his Kumho ASX's in a 285/40/17's especially in the rain.

Great all season tire he say's and still hooks up well, better than the old BFG's on it.
