is there any way to mount skinnys on the front without using wheel spacers? maybe aftermarket brakes?

Yep you could get strange or aerospace front drag brakes and the skinnies will bolt up with no issues, plus you lose like 40lbs off the front of the car but I believe the front brakes run from like $700 to $1,000, I may be off but pretty sure thats about what there going for.

Or you could do what alot of people do and grind the **** out of the calipers till the skinnies fit with out rubbing, this is the cheap way to get skinnies to fit.

I grinded on my calipers and still ended up using a small spacer I bought from Jegs. I can't remember the size (have to look) but I think it was the smallest one they sold. I put the spacer to make sure there was enough room and to also line my front wheels up flush with the back wheel. I didn't want it tucked up in the fender wheel real far and the back even with the fender wheel.

Heres a link to my pic's in my thread in the Drag Racing Section.
