305 nitto's on 18x9.5 rims?

anyboy tried putting 305/35 nitto d/r's on 18x9.5 rims? i want some bigger meats out back but dont feel like buying new rims. thanks

wont fit...i wouldnt even try...285's barely fit on a 9.5" rim, im running 275's on my 9.5's

i wouldn't try it man!! 285 is the highest you should go on a 9.5 nittos are thinner than other tires but dont try it.

alright, u guys talked me out of it. i am goin to go with the 285 nitto d/r's in the rear and keep 275's up front.
