I've got 'em. They work great for me. Car runs low 10's @ 136 with a 3800 stall. Hook good on the street, too. Running 17X11 Boyds in the rear. I hear they are on national back order, though.

Do you have pics of these on the car? Whats the backspacing on the wheels?

Thanks,
Zach

Well heres the thing im gonna run them on a 9.5 ZR1, The car has factory rear springs, but has the insulator removed. I have ran a 28x10.50/15 on a 15x10 with a 7.5 BS. It did fine. I just wanted to make sure these would work before I purchased them.

Won't a 45 series tire have a real big sidewall? That tire seems too big for a 9.5" rim but their website lists 9"-11" recomended wheel sizes.

The tires are huge, and they will require stock springs. I am also not so sure they should be used on a 9.5" wheel. The backspace on that 11 inch wheel above is 7.93".

a 45 sidewall is not big enough to run on a 9.5 inch wheel!

and they make the back of that camaro look like its got a 3 inch lift... and actually its probably a little over 2...

How do these compare to the mt dr's, anybody have any direct comparisions? I've currently got 325/50/15's, but wouldn't mind going to 17's again if I can keep the car hooking hard on the streets.

Seems too wide for a 9.5, but considering the sidewall height it won't be as stretched as a shorter tire.

A friend of mine had both. He went to the M&H's because the MT's weren't sticking. I don't care for the looks of these tires but, for someone who is having traction issues, these will do the trick.

You're not kidding about the "not sticking" part, Chris. I'm a little hurt that you don't like the look of my "hillbilly" tires and Joe Dirt suspension mod...LOL.

I don't think you'll be hurt too much if you get a 9 something at the track, LOL. That will help you forget! Can't wait to see it out again.
