Default 18x10.5 z06 rims

i just ordered the 17x9.5 and 18x10.5 combo and plan on running like a 285 or 295 or even maybe 315tire in the rear. i heard that i would have to do the bfh mod or a small spacer. what size spacer should i get? also what exactly does bfh stand for i have an idea but tell me anyway.

BFH = Big f%cking hammer

Have fun doing that mod...I put C5 coupe wheels on my Z and the wheel wells needed to be "coaxed" into allowing those wheels to reside comfortably without rubbing during aggressive driving.

If you ordered them from LMP store, they sell Z06 wheels w/ 53 mm offset. With that offset you don't need BFH mod. I have these on my Z28.

I have black z06 motorsports 18x10.5 rear and 18x9.5 front, I run a 295 35 18 in the rear and a 275 35 18 in the front. I had to do the BFH mod to the rear's. Other than that I can take sharp turns and no rub
