Default tt2's rubbing caliper braket

I just got TT2 17x9s in the front and i realized the front wheels are rubbing against the caliper braket... should i run a spacer???

AHHH please help me guys

I've seen a posts from people with the same problem. Just grid the area of the caliper bracket that's rubbing.

That's what I had to do. It was only on the passengers side.

mines on the driver side...i was kinda Pissed cause i drove a lil with it, and theres a gouge in it but i guess it could be worse, so looks like ill be grinding some off tomorrow

I had to do my passenger side. Kind of pissed the people who put them on didn't notice. Drove it home like that and scratched the inner hub. Bought a dremel and ground away. No problems now.

Same prob with my CCW's on the front wheels. I'm not gonna chop up that bracket at all but will a little grinding hurt anything? I have 1/4" spacers on the front but I also have ARP studs on the front so their longer. Should I grind or just leave the spacers on.

Grinding the bracket will not hurt anything. I don't know about on your car, but the amount I removed was minimal.

i would just put a 1/4 inch spacer in there.. they are cheap as hell and wont hurt your performance any...
