Like the title says i want to paint my ss rims black and dont know whats good way to paint powercoat or spary paint?

having them powdercoated would be the best most durable finish, but it is rather pricey. I used duplicolor wheel coating spray paint to do a set of 10 spoke ss wheels and was very happy with the outcome. it also cost like 15 bucks for 2 cans of paint and 2 cans of clear so it was cheap compared to ~$75 per wheel for powdercoat.
