Gentlemen,....I have Traction!!! Got the BFG KD mounted today (see other thread of mine) and finally go to take the car out for a spin. The usual first gear @3000 rpm halfway throttle resulting in sideways motion, is no longer. I did a few easy launches which used to result in spinning, and it hooked up very nicely. Then I ran into some dude on a Harley. We raced, he got a head start on me but didn't pull away until I let off. Since his damn Harley was so loud, I couldn't hear my engine and didn't even floor it and shifted fairly quickly into second, no wheel spin at all.
My Yokohamas would have send me spinning into a ditch already!
I can't say enough good things about these tires, great traction, no doubt!
So should I change my license plate now??
Other traction enhancing mods include BMR LCA's, Spohn Adjustable body mounted torque arm, SLP SFC's, a UMI double rod ended adjustable panhard bar.
I am happy for now.....next on the list....heads and gears!

And yeah...the reason I got that license plate coz I knew it would work either way, either in a sarcastic matter, or...as it was before the new tires, it was the real deal.
