Default Prostar somewhat skinny fronts

Has anyone used a 5 or 6 inch prostar up front instead of the 3 1/2? Do they fit, can they be used? Any steering or rubbing problems?

Brakes are much different. To my knowledge weld doesn't offer the correct backspacing that is adequate for our cars in the wider widths.
You could do what I did and order some jegstar wheels in a 15x4. Even though everyone is chastizing them about 'being heavy' to me they werent too bad compared to my heavy zr1s and 275 tires. Plus being heavier than the weld 15x3.5, I can't help but think they should fair better on the street with a more solid construction... time will tell I guess. But you can't beat the finish, style match and painless install (no grinding or spacers needed, and stock lugs are used) for the price!
