Default Wheel Cleaning

Alright, so I tried a search, but I seemed to get nowhere.

I have a set of salad shooters, and they seem to be permanantly "etched". No wheel cleaner that I have used, or any amount of rubbing will get the dirt off. Any suggestions as to what the problem / solution is?

Thanks

Pressure wash them.

I did that to my salad shooters before i sold them and they looked damn good.

I will give that a go, but for some reason I doubt it will work. Nothing will get it off...

Any other ideas?
