Can I still use my stock rims?

Can I still use my stock rims? If I switch to 1/2" studs on the rear can I still use my stock ws6 rims? I put a new stud in the rim and it fit thru but just want to make sure its ok.

Come on somebody has to race thier car and then put the stock rims back on just to cruise around once in awhile. I have to modify the axles to put the 1/2" studs in and I cant go back once its done. I am going on power tour next month and need to replace my studs anyways, just hopeing I could go ahead and put the 1/2" ones in and then use my stock rims for power tour. Can I use 1/2" lug nuts and not tear up my stock rims? Thanks.
