Privat Profil, lip peeling issues?

Privat Profil, lip peeling issues? Anyone had any issues with the clearcoat on the polished lip peeling on the Privat Profils? I have the 17x9.5 black profils on my car and started to noticed spots about the size of a dime, then felt the spots and the clear coat was gone. I have only drove the car about 2,000 miles max since I bought the profils last April , it is always under a carport, and I have never used anything except car washing soap and once I put a light coat of wax to protect them. Never even drove the car in winter at all.
