Default Need some tire advice

Im putting in a Yank SS3600 converter in next week. I know I will need new tires cuz I'm ridin on Sumitomos now Id like to find a tire with great grip but still have good tread life. I would go with the nitto dr's or the bfg dr's but I hear the life span is not great on either when driving on them daily. What would be a great street tire with good traction that would still have a good life span? I will have drag tires in the garage for the track, but im simply looking for good hooking street tires to daily drive on.

I decided to stick with my nitto 555r after talking with folks... i just got my ss3600 and tranny cooler in too. It really depends on your driving style, im very conservative on the streets so i plan to get good life out of the nittos. I have maybe 3k on the nittos now, mostly all highway driving and they still look brand new. I may look into the gsd3s in the future.

nittos are going to be your best bet for traction and a street tire..supposably they will last 8kish miles DD which is way better than mt and others

well, im a stalled, bolt-on car running on stock motor. a cam is definitely in the future, but no time soon. gonna be tightening up suspension next. but i need some good tires, and i dont wanna go to the extreme cuz my car is a daily driver and i want some life out of them and i dont wanna kill myself in the rain. so i was thinking either bfg dr or nittos. i hear bfg dr's hook better but nittos last longer. would yall recommend nitto drag radials, nitto 555 extreme, or nitto 555r II extreme??
