Here in Nor-Cal 15-20 a tire is good. Some places charge up to 35 and will charge you more according to your sidewall size

i got mine done at some local shop, i had a mount/balance and a front end alignment for <100 i think...

It cost me $70 to have mine mounted/balanced.
