Looks like an unpainted Trans Am hood on a Firebird to me.

Its a Formula guys and its not a Carbon fiber hood either. I bought it a while back from a local guy. He said it was a ws9 hood, At least thats what he called it. Its a ws6 hood with firehawk heat vents as well. Dont know the manuf... but its one guy who makes them and sells them on ebay if I remember correctly, the fitment is by far the closest you can get to perfect besides the OEM hoods.
