Wanna add rims but not sure what type/color??
Ok, so i wanna add some 18 inch rims to my camaro. Im really thinking of getting black rims to keep the whole black/silver look to it. I mean the car is really a light pewter metallic, but close to a silver look in a way.
What do yall think would look good? black rim's or should i go with the chrome/silver look? and do yall happen to know of any type of rim's that would look good on the car.
So here's a pic of the car, it does look like a silver when the sun hits it from the side view.

Thanks. You can get them from tirerack.com. Im sure sponsors on here sell them as well. They are 17x9.5 front and 17x10.5 rear. You can also find them in the for sale section from time to time.

Whats your budget? You wanting to keep it around $1000-1500 for rims and tires, or are you willing to spend double that on a set?
If you want to see a killer set of black rims on pewter, do a member search for Crager and check out his SS. That thing is perfection w/ the rim choice for the color IMO.

checked Crager's SS out, car does look very nice with them rims. although at the moment, im really likin how the Torque II's look. so i might just go with them.
im willin to spend around the price's you listed. if there's any other great lookin rim's, ill definately check em out.

CCW - SP500s and 505a's
Fikse - Mach V and FM5
iForged - I cant remember all the styles, but for riveted wheels I like the Aero's
HRE - there's a couple of different styles from straight spokes, split spokes, multi spokes etc
Boze, Budnik, Boyd - all have some styles that are nice

I dont get it about the wheels! **** the aftermarket, stock SS rims, or the chrome SS rims are sweet! I even like the 94-97 Z28 wheels. I cant stand the bling-bling crap! Its muscle, not hiphop!
