Rear tire width with offset control arm?

Rear tire width with offset control arm? I did a search about fitting a 18x13 on the rear. Seems the control is the biggest factor. With a mini tub and offset control arms is 13" wide out of the question? If so will a 12" wide fit? Also the search gave me nothing but red x's if you got a pic I'd like to see it along with tire size. I don't want my tires sticking outside the body line. Thanks
