Default PLEASE HELP!! tire rubbingin the front

alright i have an 18X8.5 rim on the front with a 245/40/18 tire, im running into a rubbing issue when turning, with a set of vogtland 1.2 inch lowering springs. ive heard of others running a 245 40 18 with no problem. wondering if i have some other problem, or if it just needs adjusting. what else can i do to solve this

i think im just gonna get a heat gun and warm up the plastic and push it back a little...all i need is a quarter/half inch. its not rubbing body, its only really rubbing the plastic arch a bit

pm me if this is a dumb idea
