Well I bought the hoosiers and planned on running the letters out. When I got them I realised its nothing like a true white lettering and would prob come off easily when cleaned. You guys know of any clear coat type stuff that could be sprayed over the letters to keep them from coming off? I figured you wouldnt even notice a permanent clear coat as long as tire shines over it.

Clear coat would crack with the flex of the tire, if you want to keep the white, tape off the letters and spray them white, much more permanent than chalk.

You used to be able to get white tire crayons. Worked awsome on white letter touch ups. I'm old though, you might not be able to get them anymore.

you can buy those tire paint pens from jegs and re do the white lettering.

What is it on there? Seems like a real thin rubbery stuff.

well I ordered a few paint pens from jegs and this stuff called tuff stuff clear coat for tires. We'll see what happens
